Who helps us
We use trusted suppliers to run this website and handle enquiries. They act on our instructions.
- Cloudflare: hosts and protects the website.
- n8n: passes form enquiries to our systems.
- Supabase: stores enquiry records in its London region.
- Google: email used to send enquiry notifications and replies.
- Intercom: our chat service, only if you choose to open the chat.
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Then our customer agreement applies.
